We are currently causing a very fast climate change that is similar to the type of rapid change which has caused mass extinction in the past. We might want to address that. Nate Jönes There is an unprecedented change in a blink of an eye DUE TO HUMAN ACTIVITY. Sharon Campbell Calvin Carter REMEMBER trees convert carbon to that good stuff, we all need..called OXYGEN. Your logical error is demanding unrealistic standards for George Strait damn Strait vintage shirt. Climate forecasts are being made CONSTANTLY using the climate models, and despite the deniers evidence-free claims, their projections are generally pretty accurate. Your claims are unsupported by the facts. What research have you undertaken? You SEEM to be simply writing BS. Ridley Nelson David Morlet We absolutely have changed temperature and climate. The speed of increase in CO2 is unprecedented and the amounts closely correlate to known human CO2 emissions. Similarly, the heating capacity of CO2 is well known (since about 1885) and can even be measured under controlled lab conditions. So there is zero doubt that reducing CO2 put into the atmosphere by man could change the rising temperature trend. Deciding to adapt to something man created rather than reverse it is stupid and way more costly. It is possible we will be forced to do both but it is not quite yet inevitable if we are smart.
